This Studio City new construction is a truly one-of-a-kind custom home defined by its exceptional level of finish and thoughtful detail. The design was approached with the intention of creating a space that feels effortless yet deeply considered.

Layered materials and textures, along with custom-designed wall coverings throughout, bring warmth and personality to each room. The kitchen was conceived as a focal point, featuring open shelving fabricated in honed marble, paired with unlacquered brass hardware and hand-forged iron pendants that lend a sense of timeless elegance.

To balance the newness of the construction, warm woods and reclaimed stone were introduced to soften the architectural lines and create a sense of grounding and authenticity. One of the home’s most distinctive features is the use of gas lanterns, which add a subtle sense of atmosphere and magic to the exterior.

The overall goal was to reflect the client’s lifestyle while maintaining a refined and cohesive aesthetic. As we continue fabricating custom furnishings for the space, we look forward to sharing the final installations as they come together.
